1. Wake them up: the pale sediment in the bottle isn’t a flaw, it’s the workforce in sleep mode. Shake well before every job, and the shift begins.

Shake the concentrate well, pour it into the spray bottle and top up with water. With the super concentrate, half is enough – that’s why it’s called super.

• Coarse first, then fine: on carpets and upholstery, remove crumbs and hair first, then spray.

FAQs

What’s the difference between standard and super concentrate?
Same microbes, same scent, double the power: from 500 ml the super concentrate makes up to 10 instead of 5 litres of cleaner. Plus you get a spray and mixing bottle free.

Why is there sediment in the bottle?
That’s the microbes having their afternoon nap. Shake well and they’re wide awake.

Do I really have to shake it every time?
Yes. Without shaking, half the workforce stays in bed.

Which surfaces can I use DRUFF on?
On most water-resistant and colourfast surfaces. With sensitive materials, test on an inconspicuous spot first.

Does DRUFF help against pet odours?
Yes. The microbes break down the causes, even with pet urine. Your dog will still keep sniffing the sofa, but out of habit.

Does DRUFF remove limescale?
No – limescale is mineral and the microbes don’t like the taste. That’s what our Bathroom & Limescale Cleaner is for.
