All-purpose cleaner

How much cleaner does one bottle make?
The standard concentrate (500 ml) makes up to 5 litres of ready-to-use cleaner, the super concentrate (500 ml) up to 10 litres. One bottle, loads of cleaning days.

How do I mix DRUFF?
Give the concentrate a good shake, pour it into the spray bottle, top up with water and shake again. Then spray on, leave it for a moment and wipe dry with a microfibre cloth. For nasty stains, just leave it to work a bit longer.

Which mixing ratio for what?

Which scents are there?
Sandalwood, Aloe Vera Mint, Neutral Freshness plus our perfume scents ADAM, ADAM SUN, EVA, EVA SUN and Glam. Something for every nose – even the ones that don’t want to smell anything at all.

What can I use DRUFF for?
Almost everything: as a kitchen cleaner, floor cleaner, window and glass cleaner, toilet cleaner, degreaser, upholstery and carpet cleaner, stain spray, mattress refresher, shoe and fabric refresher, car interior cleaner, room spray and odour remover – pet smells included. You’ll find instructions in our guide.

How does the microbe thing work?
Every bottle contains millions of specially cultivated microbes, resting as a light sediment at the bottom. A good shake wakes them up. On the surface, they break down organic dirt and the sources of odours instead of just masking them. The dirtier it is, the longer you can let them work.

Is the sediment normal?
Yes, that’s the workforce in sleep mode. Shake well before every use.

Why do I get a spray bottle with the super concentrate?
So you can get started straight away without buying a new plastic bottle. One bottle of concentrate replaces ten ready-to-use bottles with the standard version and twenty with the super concentrate. By the way, you can reuse the empty concentrate bottle as a mixing bottle.

How long does the concentrate keep?
About 18 months if stored somewhere cool and dry with the cap closed.

How long does the mixed spray bottle keep?
Best used up within 14 days – that’s when the microbes are on top form. After that the mix still cleans, just with less microbe power.

Does the all-purpose cleaner remove limescale?
No. Limescale is mineral, so microbes can’t break it down. For that, there’s our Bathroom & Limescale Cleaner.

How do I use it?
Spray evenly onto limescale, water marks and soap scum, leave it to work, go over it with a sponge or microfibre cloth, rinse thoroughly with water and polish dry. You’ll find detailed instructions on the label.

Where can I use it?
Sinks, bathtubs, showers and shower screens, taps, tiles and toilet bowls.

Can I use it to descale my coffee machine or kettle too?
No, please don’t. The cleaner is made for surfaces, not for appliances that come into contact with food.

What do I need to bear in mind?
Please read and follow the safety information on the label, avoid contact with eyes and keep out of the reach of children. Don’t mix with other cleaners.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, as long as your parcel hasn’t been packed yet. Email us as soon as possible at info@selwie.com with your order number. We’re quick at packing, so today is better than tomorrow.

Can I still change the delivery address?
Yes, as long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Just give us a quick shout.

Where do I redeem my voucher code?
There’s a field for discount codes at checkout. Pop the code in, apply, enjoy.

My code isn’t working. What now?
Quickly check the conditions (minimum order value, validity, spelling). If it still doesn’t work, drop us a line and we’ll look into it. By the way: the deal of the month is already priced so keenly that it can’t be combined with other discounts.

Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation?
In Germany, yes – just enter the Packstation as your delivery address.

Payment

How can I pay?
With credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, among others. You’ll see which payment methods are available for your country at checkout.

Where can I find my invoice?
Right after you order, you’ll get a confirmation email with all the details. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll get a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

Where do you deliver to?
With DHL to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

How much does shipping cost?
That depends on the weight. Shipping a 500 ml bottle costs €6.19 to Germany, €14.49 to Austria and €19.49 to Switzerland. It’s free from €69 to Germany and Austria and from CHF 69 to Switzerland. You’ll find all prices for every product on our page Shipping & Delivery.

Are there customs duties or taxes on deliveries to Switzerland?
Import charges such as Swiss VAT and customs clearance fees may apply and are collected on delivery.

How do I track my parcel?
With the tracking link in your shipping confirmation.

My parcel hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
First check the tracking link and with your neighbours. If it’s still missing, get in touch and we’ll sort it out.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You’ll find all the details on deadlines, process and costs in our cancellation policy.

Materials and ingredients

Can I use my own spray bottle?
Sure, any clean spray bottle will do.

What’s in the all-purpose cleaner?
Less than 5% anionic surfactants, perfumes, preservatives and class 1 microorganisms. The exact composition, including allergens, is on the label for each scent.

Is DRUFF vegan?
Yes, and it’s cruelty-free. The only living things in the bottle are the microbes – and they work voluntarily.
