FAQs

Why is 30 °C enough?
Because the microbes do a large part of the work. They break down dirt and the causes of odour even at low temperatures.

Do I still need a washing machine cleaner?
With every wash, the microbes also work inside the machine against odour-causing residue – so it stays pleasantly fresh. Of course, your machine manufacturer’s care instructions still apply.

Does it help with musty sportswear?
That’s exactly what it’s made for: the microbes break down the causes of odour in the fibres instead of masking them.

Do I still need fabric softener?
Usually not – the laundry stays pleasantly soft as it is.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
It is dermatologically tested. If you’re prone to skin reactions, it’s best to wash a single item the first time and test it. Do not get the undiluted detergent on your skin or in your eyes.
